XAI Migration collects only the data you provide through our assessment forms (such as age, education level, and language scores) to generate immigration program recommendations. We do not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, or address unless explicitly provided.

Data submitted through assessment forms is used solely to calculate eligibility scores and generate comparison results. Form data is processed server-side and is not stored permanently unless you explicitly opt in to save your profile.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be used to improve our services.

This site may use essential cookies for functionality purposes only. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Your Data Controls

If you have an account, you can obtain a readable copy of the personal data we hold about you (your account details, saved answers, decisions, comparisons, report metadata, and sign-in history) and you can request deletion of your account. When an account is deleted, your identifying information is removed; records needed to keep past eligibility results reproducible are retained only in anonymised form. You can also sign out of all devices at once, which immediately invalidates existing sessions. Specific data-retention periods are being finalised and will be published here once confirmed.
